I had two children enrolled in this school. One started during infant care and the other started when she was three. Both children started Kinder able to accomplish high achievements due to a good academic start. The owners are very caring and look out for the best interest of the children. My children were even able to receive piano lessons during the summer as well as attend field trips. The also offer before and after school care which we participated in for my older daughter. They did school pick up/drop off which was a great help due to my work schedule. They assisted with homework and encouraged academic success. I have and will continue to recommend this preschool to everyone.

Where do I even begin! I adore the teachers here at Discovery, they helped my daughter become 100% potty trained and have made her learn so much at such a young age. They have helped us so much and when times got rough they were so understanding. This school is awesome! I will be sad to see my daughter leave one day, she’s almost ready for kinder. She will be so sad to leave she loves her teachers!

My daughter has been attending Discovery Montessori for the last 4 and half years. She started when she was a year and a half and is now 5, going on 6. The amount of knowledge she has gained from all her teachers here is incredible. She participated in Ms. Nilani’s Kindergarten class and is now in 1st grade, even though by district standards she should be in kindergarten.

This is not just a normal “day care” where your child is just sat in front of a television all day without learning anything. The teachers really make an effort to make their students learn from a young age. I am so grateful for everyone here as they are so kind and understanding. I would recommend this school in a heartbeat.

My daughter came here for two years. She learned so much. She was already doing kindergarten/ first grade work at 4 years old! When she stopped going because she was starting kindergarten the work they were doing in kinder was so boring to her and she wanted a challenge. Mrs Naliani really does care about all her kids and their education. We miss her so much. When my youngest daughter turns 2 years old we are going back straight to Discovery Montessori!

Discovery Montessori Preschool is dedicated to each child’s/student’s progress. I strongly recommend the setting, support, staff and most of all the curriculum. The teacher’s are very generous with their words and time, they spend long hours talking to the children sharing stories, songs and games in a very positive environment.

The teachers are excellent role models. My student has learned so many things, from manners to policies, acts of kindness, facts, current events, geography, and about relationships and boundaries. When my granddaughter leaves at six I know that she will be prepare to handle various situations in school. This is my second grandchild I have sent to that school in the last 17 years and my opinion of the school has never changed. I strongly recommend this school to any parent needing a supportive learning environment.

My son has been attending Montessori for a little over a year. This is the second daycare/school site he’s attended. And it’s been a great place for my son! He loves it here and is very sad to leave as he will be starting kindergarten. In his words “I don’t ever want to leave”. I feel and see that my child is safe and happy at Montessori.

My son has learned many things from this school, they don’t play all day. When speaking to other family members that have children my son’s age, they are surprised at the things my son is already learning. The teachers here are great and want the kids to succeed in school. I can genuinely see the love and support my son receives everyday. If you’ve been looking for a daycare/preschool for your child..I highly recommend Montessori. TODDLER

2-3 YEARS

This program builds the necessary skills for a two-year-old starting from potty training up until the introduction of academic studies. Activities aim to develop their cognitive, emotional, social and physical skills and continue to encourage fine and gross motor skill development outside of the home.

PRE-& TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN

3-5 YEARS

The Transitional Kindergarten program curriculum is based on reading, writing, mathematics, with a focus on the development of language skills. Children are also encouraged to explore a variety of science, social studies, music and movement, and art activities to stimulate their creative mind.

KINDERGARTEN

5-6 YEARS

The Kindergarten program consists of a curriculum focused on language and literacy, math, social studies, history, geography, and hands on science experiments designed to stimulate the mind and improve understanding of our natural world.
